Lahna Pottle

Lahna Pottle is currently the Insight Manager at The Children's Society since November 2022. Previously, Lahna served as the Youth and Young Adults Manager at STBBC from September 2019 to November 2022, where notable achievements included developing a youth work strategy that increased weekly engagement from 5 to 43 and launching a holiday-hunger project benefiting 25 schools and over 300 families. Other roles include Guest Lecturer at St Mellitus College, Fundraiser for Christian Aid, and Borough Youth Worker at XLP, focusing on supporting young people in challenging environments. Additionally, Lahna was an Innovation Specialist at Youthscape, contributing to the training of students and the organization of the National Youth Ministry Weekend, which connects youth workers from across the country.
