Lisa Jakimciw

Lisa Jakimciw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Lisa most recently served as the Director of Community Mobilisation & Engagement at The Children's Society starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Consultant for their own company from December 2017 onwards. Lisa also served as the Business Development Director at Mind in Bradford from March 2020 to June 2022 and at Leeds Mind from March 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, they gained experience in business development at Children's Food Trust from July 2013 to February 2016. Before that, Lisa held positions such as Head of Communications at An Inspirational Journey Official (July 2012 to July 2013) and ASM at ITV (August 2011 to July 2012). Lisa also worked as a Development Manager at Ascendance Rep from April 2009 to September 2010 and as an Events Officer at Diabetes UK from March 2008 to April 2009. Throughout their roles, Lisa demonstrated their ability to develop business strategies, manage events and budgets, build relationships, and lead teams effectively.

Lisa Jakimciw earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Leeds Beckett University. Lisa attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
