Stefanie Gadsden has an extensive work experience in the field of HR. Stephanie (known as Stef) is currently working at The Children's Society as the Head of Culture & Inclusion. Prior to that, they served as an Organisation & Cultural Development Architect at the same organization. Before joining The Children's Society, Stefanie worked as a Senior HRBP/HRBP Special Projects (interim) at Save the Children UK. Stephanie (known as Stef) also held the position of HR Business Partner at ISG plc, McLaren Applied Technologies, Veolia UK, GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway), and Southern Railway. Stefanie has demonstrated expertise in HR advisory, coordination, systems and data analysis, change management, and business partnering.

Stefanie Gadsden has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields. In 2004, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Essex, where they focused on Political Science and Government and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Stephanie (known as Stef) continued their education at London South Bank University from 2009 to 2012, pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources.

In 2014, Stefanie attended ILM and obtained a Diploma (Level 5) in Coaching and Mentoring. Alongside their formal education, they have also acquired various certifications. In December 2018, Stefanie became an Approved DISCGB Trainer through GB Training & Consulting Ltd. Stephanie (known as Stef) also earned certification as a Certified AgilePM Practitioner from APMG International and obtained the Chartered MCIPD status through CIPD. Additionally, in November 2018, they completed training as a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health for England (via Sanitas Hub).
