Henry Chin

Henry Chin is an accomplished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in real estate research and strategy. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong since November 2024, Henry has also held significant roles at CBRE since February 2014, culminating in the position of Chief Operating Officer of Global Research and Global Head of Investor Thought Leadership. Prior experience includes a Visiting Professorship at Oxford Brookes University from October 2014 to October 2024 and leadership roles at Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Deutsche Bank. Henry holds a PhD in Real Estate Investment from Oxford Brookes University, an MS in Real Estate from the University of Reading, and a BA in Land Economics from National Taipei University.
