Deborah Hayes serves as the President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network since October 2003, having held various leadership roles including Interim President and CEO, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Nursing Officer. In addition to this role, Deborah has been an Adjunct Professor at Xavier University since January 2008. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Critical Care & Cardiovascular Services and Clinical Manager at The Christ Hospital from June 1996 to 2003. Deborah holds a Master's degree in Business Informatics/Nursing from Northern Kentucky University (2011-2013), a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Xavier University (1992-1994), and has completed nursing education at The Christ Hospital School of Nursing (1987-1989) and a Bachelor of Science at the University of Cincinnati (1980-1984), where Deborah also earned a Master of Science (1984-1987).
