Earlier career highlights include serving as HIPAA Privacy Officer with the US Civilian Government Service, managing process improvement projects, and volunteering in resource and credentialing management at RAF Lakenheath. Jennifer Greenwell holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from Grand Canyon University.
