Avery Najarian

Avery Najarian, MA, serves as a Senior Customer Service Associate at The Chronicle of Higher Education since October 2020, previously holding a temporary role as Client Services Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Bilingual Executive Sales Advisor at PillPack from September 2018 to September 2020, where Avery successfully transitioned over 100 customers to new medication delivery services and ensured HIPAA compliance while collecting medical information. Avery was also a Collegiate NCAA Men’s Volleyball Athlete at Southern Virginia University from October 2016 to August 2018, dedicating significant time to both athletics and academics. Additionally, Avery coordinated externship placements for students as an Externship Coordinator at Independence University from October 2015 to August 2016, establishing collaborations with multiple organizations. Avery holds a Master’s degree in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a degree in International Studies with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Utah.
