Alastair Hale

Alastair Hale is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Senior Project Manager for the National Safeguarding Team at The Church of England since April 2023, focusing on the IICSA Recommendations 1 and 8 Project. Prior to this role, Alastair held the position of Transformation and Improvement Project Manager at Stoke-on-Trent City Council from June 2021 to March 2023, overseeing various projects including the Stoke-on-Trent Family Hubs and Young People's Learning and Skills Strategy. Alastair's earlier experience includes roles as Strategic Programme Manager at Cambridgeshire County Council, as well as positions at Oxford SU, St. Antony's International Review, and HM Land Registry. Alastair holds a Master of Studies in English from the University of Oxford and a Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
