Christine Hewitt-Dyer CB FCIPD has over 20 years of diverse work experience in various senior roles. Christine currently serves as the People Director for the National Church Institutions at The Church of England since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Trustee at HCT Group from 2013 to 2021. Christine also held the position of Director of People, Capability, and Change at the Ministry of Housing, Communities, and Local Government from 2015 to 2018. Christine has a strong background in human resources, with roles such as HR Director at Dstl, Deputy Director HR Strategy & Capability at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, and Deputy Director Innovation Infrastructure at the same department. Christine has also worked as the Joint Strategy & Knowledge Director at ACAS.
