Joshua Penduck has extensive experience in church leadership, currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at Fulcrum Anglican since July 2019, and as Rector for The Church of England since September 2010, with previous roles as Curate and Ordinand. Joshua has a strong background in public speaking, event coordination, pastoral care, and community engagement, particularly at St Chad's in Lichfield. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Theology and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Durham University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition from Birmingham Conservatoire. Additional experience includes serving as JCR VP (CCR) at St John's College and working in customer service and sales roles at BrightHouse, alongside self-employment as a piano teacher.
