David Clay

David Clay is an accomplished IT Change Manager at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since October 2016, having initially joined as a contingent employee in June 2015. With extensive experience in quality assurance and IT operations, David has a solid background in managing Change Enablement processes, operational statistics, and process improvement initiatives. Prior roles include QA Manager/Analyst at iVinci Health, where oversight of software quality was paramount, and various positions in QA and technical leadership across multiple organizations, including SIRE Technologies and Ingenix, where David established and developed quality assurance departments. David holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University.
