Doug Cropper

Doug Cropper currently serves as the Mission President for the Germany Frankfurt Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Doug Cropper was the Chief Executive Officer at Genesis Health System from March 2008 until June 2023. Furthermore, Doug Cropper has held significant executive positions, including Executive Vice President at Inova Health System from 2002 to 2008 and Senior Vice President at HealthEast from 1991 to 2002. Educationally, Doug Cropper earned a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in History from the University of Utah.
