Greg Wightman

Greg Wightman serves as the Learning & Talent Development Manager and Executive Coach at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since December 2019, focusing on leadership coaching within the department. Wightman is also the founder of GBWightman, providing expertise in organizational health consulting, leadership development, and performance coaching since September 2015. Previous roles include Manager of the ELEVATE! program at Nightingale College, where responsibilities encompassed internal coaching and cultural development, and Chief Administrative Officer at Moxa Management Inc., overseeing strategic planning and leadership development across five companies. Additional experience includes vice presidential roles at IBEX Incorporated and academic positions at BYU-Idaho and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Wightman holds a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Adult Learning and Organizational Leadership, along with several other degrees in education and communications.
