Miles Coleman

Miles Coleman is a Business Program Analyst and ERP Transformation Training Lead at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since May 2023. Prior to this role, Miles Coleman spent over two decades at Cerner Corporation, where positions included Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management and Lead Engagement Owner. Key achievements include successfully launching an online community for over 2,000 internal managers and transitioning 100+ product communities to a social-networking platform to enhance client satisfaction. Miles Coleman also led a team to design and deliver learning solutions for the consulting organization. Earlier experience includes work as a Senior Consultant and Instructional Designer at Andersen Consulting/Accenture from 1997 to 2002. Educational credentials comprise a Master’s in Instructional Psychology and Technology and a Bachelor's in Latin American Studies, both from Brigham Young University.
