Amanda Permaul

Amanda Permaul has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda began their career as a Crew Member at Touchstar Cinemas, where they maintained cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and coached newly hired staff. Amanda then worked as a Merchandise Flow Specialist at Aeropostale, stocking and organizing inventory and executing monthly floor sets. Amanda then joined The Florida Hotel and Conference Center as a Guest Service Agent, where they greeted and registered guests and processed payments. Amanda then worked as an Office Receptionist at Havertys Furniture, answering incoming calls and supporting a sales staff. Amanda then joined Bluegreen Vacations, first as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Contact Center, prescreening candidates and maintaining staffing dashboards. Amanda then became a Talent Acquisition Partner in Retail Marketing, successfully filling over 3,218 sales and marketing positions and organizing in-house hiring events. Most recently, Amanda began working as a Recruiting Lead Analyst at The Cigna Group, where they have hired a total of 104 candidates and assisted in training new employees.

Amanda Permaul attended Valencia College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. Amanda then went on to attend the University of Central Florida from 2013 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General. In addition to their degrees, Amanda has also obtained several certifications through the CITI Program, including the CITI Good Clinical Practice Course, Conflict of Interest mini-course, Group 2.Social / Behavioral Research Investigators and Key Personnel, and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research.
