Dina Kraus

Dina Kraus has extensive experience in HR operations and talent management. Dina worked at The Cigna Group as an HR Operations Senior Director, overseeing outsourced service delivery activities and effectively communicating with HR service delivery partner(s). Dina also worked at Cigna, where they held various roles including Global Project Manager for the implementation of Taleo in key global markets and Talent Manager for clinical and enterprise operations recruitment and strategy. Prior to that, they worked at Randstad North America as a Staffing Manager, where they were responsible for business development, employee recruitment, and HR administration.

Dina Kraus earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business and History from the University of Connecticut, where they attended from 1989 to 1992.
