Nancy Oliphant Ryan

Nancy Oliphant Ryan has extensive experience in law and executive compensation, currently serving as a Board Member for Good360 since April 2023. Nancy previously held prominent roles at The Cigna Group from October 2021 to October 2023, including VP of Total Rewards and Associate Chief Counsel, alongside managing director responsibilities in areas such as Executive Compensation and Performance Management. Prior legal experience includes partnership at Blank Rome LLP and roles at Pepper Hamilton LLP and Dechert LLP focused on Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. Nancy holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
