Olga Lozada

Olga Lozada currently serves as the Head of Global Benefits and Wellbeing at The Cigna Group, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Olga was the VP of Benefits at Charter Communications from April 2020 to October 2024, and held the title of Senior Director of Global Rewards at Energizer Holdings from July 2013 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Employee Services and Benefits Strategy at Patriot Coal Corporation and as Senior Generalist/Leader in Human Resources at GKN Aerospace. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University, and an Executive Leadership Development Program in Organizational Leadership from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Olga also earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
