Jessica Wandrey

Jessica Wandrey serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Public Partnerships | PPL since September 2024, following a successful tenure at HealthPartners where Jessica held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources, specializing in the transformation of organizational people practices and the development of strategic HR models. With a strong background in organizational development from roles at HealthPartners, including Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness, Jessica has centralized HR functions and designed programs to enhance employee engagement across a large workforce. Prior experience includes significant HR leadership positions at Park Nicollet Health Services and Target, where Jessica advanced talent acquisition and development initiatives. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
