Poonam Nair

Poonam Nair has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Poonam is currently the Managing Director and VP of Product & Software Engineering at The Cigna Group since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Hilton from 2015 to 2023, serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering and later as the Director of Information Technology. Before Hilton, they held positions at FedEx Services from 2009 to 2015, including Manager of IT, Pricing & Revenue Systems and Program Management Advisor. Poonam started their career at International Paper in 2007 as an SAP Consultant.

Poonam Nair received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University in the years 1996 to 2000. Poonam later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Corporate Finance from Christian Brothers University from 2011 to 2013.
