Sara Raj

Sara Raj currently serves as the Sr. Director of Employee Experience at The Cigna Group, a role held since June 2025. Prior to this position, Sara was with Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services, where various titles included Sr. Director and Director of HR Business Partner, along with roles in product management focused on innovation in digital and clinical member experiences.
