Sweta Iyer

Sweta Iyer is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Cigna Group since July 2024, Sweta has previously held similar roles at Landmark Group and Tata Consultancy Services from December 2022 to July 2024 and June 2016 to December 2022, respectively. At Tata Consultancy Services, Sweta was instrumental in implementing annual HR programs and led talent acquisition efforts, successfully closing over 1000 positions and participating in leadership hiring initiatives. Sweta began their career with a summer internship in HR at Accelya Kale Solutions Limited in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Management Studies in Human Resources Management from SIES College of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from Jai Hind College.
