Tracey Anderson

Tracey Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tracey began their career in 1992 as the Director of Quality Assurance at Trevilla of Golden Valley, where they were responsible for leading various programs to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. In 1998, they joined HealthPartners as a Quality Manager, overseeing quality improvement projects and collaborating with medical providers to implement evidence-based guidelines. Tracey then joined UnitedHealthcare in 2005 as the National Clinical Program Lead, managing national chronic disease programs and collaborating with segment partners and physician groups to improve quality outcomes. In 2008, they joined CIGNA as the US Individual Business Compliance Lead, where they implemented compliance programs and developed internal controls across multiple states. Currently, Tracey is the US Commercial Compliance Team Lead at The Cigna Group, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing identified risks.

Tracey Anderson earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1988 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Health Administration and Policy (MPH) from the University of Minnesota, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
