Alexander Swain

Alexander Swain is a Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer at The Citation Group since August 2025, following a role as a Data Engineer at Boshhh Group from February to August 2025 and prior experience as a Data Engineer and Software Engineer at Northcoders between November 2021 and May 2025. Alexander's earlier career includes serving in the Royal Navy from January 2014 to February 2021 as a Mine Warfare Specialist, where responsibilities included training and supervising a team of twelve, as well as piloting SEAFOX unmanned underwater vehicles for sea mine disposal. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from The Open University, pursued from April 2024 to September 2030, with prior studies at Northcoders and St. Boniface.
