Mark joined The Citation Group in 2021 to further drive the value they bring to clients and all stakeholders through their acquisition and partnerships activity.

Mark has spent 20+ years delivering transformational growth in new markets through M&A. He spent the last 8 years at CPA Global, a leading B2B tech-enabled services provider of intellectual property solutions, delivering a £1bn+ acquisition programme which expanded the business across Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia and established a number of new product lines, including a core information services capability.

Earlier in his career, Mark led strategy consulting engagements for McKinsey & Co, was a private equity investor at The Carlyle Group, and was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Cazenove. Mark has an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Harvard University, USA.
