Rebecca Brosnan

Rebecca Brosnan is the current Director at The City Bank Ltd. Rebecca has held this position since March of 2022. Prior to their current role, they were the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Mother's Choice from June 2016 to March of 2022.

Rebecca has provided inspiring leadership to Mother's Choice 8 front-line services, serving thousands of clients each year. Rebecca successfully implemented continuous quality improvement and consistent quality of care in order to achieve the 12 strategic outcomes for clients. Additionally, they launched "Vision 2025," the MC 5-Year plan, through a collaborative process with the management team and the Board. This included developing and implementing a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation.

Under Rebecca's leadership, all of the MC Talent Management infrastructure was restructured, including employee engagement, policies and procedures, corporate grading, capabilities framework, performance management system. Rebecca also expanded the Board Committee structure to double the participation of best-in-class experts across industries to gain community support for the Mother's Choice vision, mission and values. In addition, they coached, developed, and retained a high performing management team created triple level succession planning.

Finally, Rebecca led the fundraising team to increase efficiency and grow fundraising by 20% to fund needed expansion of programs. Rebecca also spearheaded Volunteer Engagement projects with leading businesses across industries.

Rebecca has dedicated their career to helping others and improving organizational structures. Rebecca is an exemplary leader and their work has had a positive impact on countless individuals and families.

Rebecca Brosnan has a degree in economics from Trinity College-Hartford, an MSc in Theirtory of International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a General Management Program from Harvard Business School. Rebecca also has certification from Competent Boards in the ESG Designation Program, The DCRO Institute in the Certificate in Risk Governance, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in the Bank Governance Programme, and Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education in Performance Measurement for Effective Management of Nonprofit Organizations.
