Josh Shaw, CPM, ICMA-CM, has served as the City Manager of Augusta, KS since May 2009, where significant achievements include securing over $10 million in grant funding and overseeing extensive capital improvement projects exceeding $10 million. Previous roles include Assistant to the City Manager and Assistant City Manager, during which administrative support was provided to the City Manager and oversight of airport and janitorial staff was conducted. Josh also held the position of Interim City Manager, successfully revamping the city budgeting process and managing various major construction projects. Prior experience includes management internships at Sedgwick County Government and the City of Ottawa Kansas. Educational qualifications include a Certified Public Manager designation from The University of Kansas, a Master's in Public Administration from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
