Scott Lowe, PE, CEM, PWLF has extensive experience in engineering and public works management. Since November 2005, Scott has served as the Airport Assets Director for the City of Buckeye, overseeing all airport facilities and construction activities. Previously, as Public Works Director, responsibilities included managing public roads, facilities, fleet management, and solid waste operations. Scott's earlier roles include Project Director at American Eagle Communities, where a significant military housing initiative was undertaken, and Facilities Director for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, focusing on operations for fourteen universities. Notably, Scott served as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the US Navy for over two decades, managing major construction and facilities contracting projects. With a Master's in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho, Scott combines practical experience with a strong educational background.
