Phebe Fuqua

Phebe Fuqua currently serves as the Redevelopment Project Manager for The City of Daytona Beach, focusing on revitalization initiatives within Community Redevelopment Areas (CRA). As the President of Elite Eagle Developments Inc since 2014, Phebe provides comprehensive business development and consultation services across various sectors, including medical and non-profit organizations. Previously, as CEO of Volusia Strategies Inc, Phebe developed strategic plans and conducted research for political campaigns, while at Pinnacle Signature Group Inc, operational activities and grant management were directed. Phebe holds a Master of Public Administration from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Supervision Management from Daytona State College, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, along with an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
