David Cristeal is an experienced housing professional currently serving as Housing Manager for the City of Hyattsville, Maryland since February 2024. Previously, David worked as Housing & Community Development Manager for the City of Gaithersburg from March 2022 to June 2023, and as an Associate at LSA Planning from March 2020 to July 2022. For over 15 years, David held various roles at Arlington County, including Housing Director, where responsibilities included leading efforts to achieve the County's affordable housing goals and collaborating with stakeholders.
