Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Pacific Gas & Electric, Software Project Manager at Avaya, and Industrial Engineer/Project Manager at Intel, among others. With educational credentials including a Master's in Construction Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University, Nibert has a proven track record in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-discipline teams, and delivering significant cost savings.
