Gal Horowitz

Gal Horowitz is an experienced professional in emergency management and medical operations, currently serving as a Lecturer at Ramat Gan Academic College since January 2024. In addition, Gal holds multiple roles including Medical Operations Officer and District Civil Medical Officer within the Israel Defense Forces Reserve Duty, and Department Manager for Resilience & Emergency Preparedness at the City of Ramat Gan. Previous positions include National Supervisor for Emergency Designated Authorities at the Ministry of Economy and Industry, District EMDM Manager in the Israel Ministry of Health, and Deputy Director of the Emergency Department at Meuhedet Health Services. With a master's degree in Emergency Medicine from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and extensive experience in training, preparedness implementation, and emergency response coordination, Gal Horowitz contributes significantly to the field of crisis management and emergency preparedness.
