Robert Collins has extensive experience in community code enforcement and construction management. Since May 1987, Robert has served as a Community Code Enforcement Inspector for the City of Rocky Mount, conducting property inspections for compliance with city codes, public health, and housing regulations, while also participating in mosquito control efforts. Prior to this role, Robert was a Concrete Crew Leader, managing concrete replacement projects and supervising a team. Earlier career positions include Plant Manager and Warehouse Worker at Paper Stock Dealers, Inc., where skills in recycling operations were honed, as well as Carpenter's Apprentice roles at G. L. Wilson Building Company and J. L. Kirkpatrick and Sons, contributing to various construction projects. Robert holds a high school diploma from North Forsyth Senior High in Winston-Salem, NC.
