Previously, Tanika held roles such as Executive Director at the BLACK BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, Chief Executive Officer at Buy Black LLC, and various positions in human resources and medical scheduling. Tanika holds a Master of Human Resources Management and Services, a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, all from Strayer University.
