Amanda Austin

Amanda Austin, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Amanda began their career at Cascades in 2009 as a Controller in Training and stayed with the company until 2012. Amanda then joined The Bonadio Group as a Manager and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined the City of Watervliet and served as Deputy Director of Finance for three years. Amanda was promoted to Director of Finance in 2020 and continues to hold this position.

Amanda Austin, CPA, obtained both their Masters and Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting from The College of Saint Rose. Amanda attended the college from 2004 to 2009. In May 2015, they obtained their CPA certification from the New York State Education Department.
