Charles V. Patricelli

Charles V. Patricelli has extensive experience in public service, having served as a City Council Member for the City of Watervliet since January 2017. Prior to this role, Charles V. Patricelli dedicated 34 years to the Watervliet Housing Authority as Executive Director, concluding this position in January 2016. Charles V. Patricelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Management from Siena College, where studies were completed between 1974 and 1976, and an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hudson Valley Community College, obtained from 1971 to 1974.
