Lance LaBarre is an accomplished banquet manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industries. Currently serving as the Banquet Manager at The Claridge Hotel since May 2017, Lance specializes in event management for weddings, oversees staff training, and manages all aspects of event design and logistics. Previously, as the Food and Beverage Manager at Resorts Casino Hotel, Lance successfully increased sales and revamped operational procedures. Other notable positions include Director of Food and Beverage at the historic Philadelphia Cricket Club and various management roles in high-profile restaurants and nightclubs.
