Shannon T. Smith

Shannon graduated from Indiana University in 2020 with a degree in Economic Consulting and Public Policy Analysis. She joined The Claro Group in January 2020 as a business analyst in the Chicago office. At Claro, Shannon has worked on first-party business interruption insurance claims and third-party product liability claims. Prior to graduation, she worked as a business valuation intern at a management consulting firm and as a supply chain intern in the automotive industry.
