Bobbie Cox Ma, First-Gen

Bobbie Cox is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Specialized Academic Instructional Assistant at The Classical Academies since November 2022 and as Catalyst First-Gen Coaching at the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences since August 2021. Previous roles include Lead Front Desk at Palomar College from October 2011 to December 2020, where responsibilities involved assisting students and parents with college entry requirements. Bobbie holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University San Marcos (2016-2018). Bobbie is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies, coaching, and organizational consulting at the University of San Diego (2021-2025).
