Michael Petit

Michael Petit is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business development across various industries, including real estate, biosecurity, and private equity. Currently serving as VP of Operations at The Clear Blue Company, Michael focuses on addressing the affordable housing crisis. Previously, Michael held roles at Darwin Homes, overseeing property management operations and partnerships, and contributed to the company's acquisition by Pagaya Technologies. As a Commissioned Officer in the US Marine Corps, Michael coordinated civil-military activities and served as a Foreign Military Advisor. Additional roles include Senior Director at Ginkgo Bioworks, Director at JMH Capital Partners, and Associate at Goldman Sachs. Michael holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Boston College.
