Alison Rankin

Alison Rankin is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in real estate operations and management. Currently serving as the Head of Property Operations at The Crown Estate since September 2024, Alison previously held roles including Global Head of Workplace Services at Schroders and Director of Group Real Estate for EMEA at BP. Alison's career also includes leadership positions at Ladygrey Property Advisors, Roeford Properties Plc, Abbey National Plc, and CB Richard Ellis, alongside early experience as a Graduate Surveyor at Weatherall Green and Smith. Alison holds a Masters in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen and an MA in Economic and Social History from the University of Glasgow, along with RICS qualifications.
