Tara McKee Carcillo

Tara McKee Carcillo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tara began their career in 1998 as the Director of Student Leadership Development at Washington College. In 2003, they joined SRA International - Touchstone Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they served as the Director at Anerian. Tara then moved on to the US General Services Administration, where they held the position of Director for Strategy Execution - Public Buildings Service from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, Tara has been associated with The Clearing, Inc., where they initially served as a Senior Principal and later became the President. As President, they are responsible for managing and growing the firm, ensuring operations, employee development, and overall corporate strategy.

Tara McKee Carcillo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Washington College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Tara then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development and Design from Antioch University from 2000 to 2002.
