Michael Peterson

Michael Peterson has extensive experience in quality assurance and DevOps, currently serving as the DevOps & Automation Manager at The Clearing House since February 2016, where responsibilities include direct oversight of testing architecture and personnel. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions including Manager of Quality Engineering and Quality Control Specialist, facilitating critical planning and defect meetings. At InterAct Public Safety, from January 2015 to January 2016, Michael led a team of 12 QA Testers, defining test methods and managing test data with Microsoft SQL Server. Earlier career experience at Orasi Software involved management of multiple QA teams as an ALM/QC Technical Support Engineer and engaged in software testing using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
