Richard Dzina

Richard Dzina began their career in the US Army as an Officer from 1985 to 1989. Richard then joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where they held various roles from 1991 to 2006. These included positions such as Senior Vice President - Central Bank and International Account Services, Senior Vice President - Market Operations, Monitoring, and Analysis, and Senior Vice President and Wholesale Product Manager, among others. From 2012 to 2019, they served as Executive Vice President and Wholesale Product Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In 2019, they became self-employed and worked as an Independent Consultant before joining The Clearing House in 2020 as Senior Vice President, leading the CHIPS and SVPCO business lines.

Richard Dzina completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree in Political Science from Princeton University, which they obtained between 1981 and 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Money and Financial Markets, and International Business from Columbia Business School, completing it in 1990-1991.
