Maleni Chaitoo

Maleni Chaitoo is the owner of MC Pearls Media, LLC since January 2023, providing DEI/business consultation, sign language interpretation, entertainment consultations, and production and distribution of films and theater. Maleni has a diverse background as a freelance Deaf interpreter, SAG-AFTRA and AEA actor, and climbing instructor at The Cliffs Climbing & Fitness. Additional experience includes serving as a docent for the Rubin Museum of Art, a tour leader for Hands On Travel, and an executive assistant for Jade Films and Entertainment, where key contributions included marketing research and filming projects. Maleni has performed in productions such as Richard III at The Public Theater and has held roles focused on accessibility and social justice in the arts. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Global Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gallaudet University.
