Yasha Tarani

Yasha Tarani has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. They are currently the Co-Founder and CEO of The Climate Choice, a climate intelligence and engagement platform for supply chain decarbonization. Previously, Yasha worked as an Angel Investor at Twain and as a consultant at Yasha Tarani, where they advised and supported tech startup founders in areas such as strategy, management, business development, sales, and fundraising. Yasha also co-founded and led Formel S Consulting, a consulting firm, and resmio GmbH, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Additionally, Yasha was involved in the startup community as a Curator for Startup Digest and as an Initiator and Lead Organizer for Startup Weekend. They also gained experience as a freelance business development consultant and as an intern at United Internet AG in product management and business development. Yasha has a strong focus on impact, SaaS, digital health, local, and e-commerce sectors.

Yasha Tarani has pursued a diverse educational background in various fields. From 2005 to 2009, Yasha studied at Stuttgart Media University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Economics. In 2007 and 2008, Yasha participated in an Erasmus program at Universidad Pompeu Fabra, focusing on Public Relations and Advertising. Continuing academic pursuits, Yasha enrolled at Leuphana University of Lüneburg in 2009 and completed a Master of Arts degree in Management, Entrepreneurship & Business Development from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, in 2010, Yasha attended The University of Queensland for a brief period, engaging in the study of Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation in Practice, New Product Development, and Virtual Organization Management. Furthermore, in 2019, Yasha received a certification as a Certified Yoga Teacher (200hr TTC) from Sarvaguna Yoga, specializing in Yogalehrer-Ausbildung and Yogatherapie.
