Andria Karstens

Andria Karstens has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Andria'smost recent position is as the Digital Farming Marketing Lead at Bayer Crop Science Canada, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they were with Climate, where they held various roles, including Operations Lead, Operations & Marketing Manager, Field Product Specialist, and Climate Business Manager, between 2018 and 2022. Andria also has experience with Monsanto Company, where they worked as a Dekalb Sales Associate from 2016 to 2019, and as a Sales Associate from 2015 to 2015. Additionally, they have held roles as a Summer Student at Bayer CropScience in 2014, and as a Barista at Starbucks in 2013. Andria started their career as a Dietary Aid at Dr. Cooks Care Home in 2013.

Andria Karstens attended Olds College from 2012 to 2014, where they received a diploma in Agriculture Management with a focus on finance. Andria later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 2017. In 2016, they also participated in a Study Abroad Exchange Program at Curtin College, focusing on business.
