Ankit Kumar

Ankit Kumar has extensive work experience in project management and product management roles. Ankit is currently working at Climate as a Principal Product Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Bayer Crop Science as a Project Manager and later as a Global Field Systems Development Lead. Ankit also has experience as a Project Management Consultant at Maryville Consulting Group. In addition, Ankit has worked at Oriens Investment Management and Edward Jones as a Student Consultant and Student Consultant Lead, respectively. Ankit has previous experience at Monsanto Company as a Strategy Manager, Innovation and Research Project Manager. Ankit was also a Consultant at Paraquad and a Graduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University. Ankit has a strong background in leading analytics efforts, implementing transformative processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ankit Kumar earned a Btech in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology in 2007. Ankit then pursued an MS in Agricultural Life Sciences, specializing in Entomology, at Mississippi State University from 2007 to 2010. In 2016, Ankit enrolled in Washington University in St. Louis' Olin Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategy Management/Consulting, which they completed in 2019. Ankit also participated in executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018, where they studied Artificial Intelligence's implications for business strategy. Ankit earned several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Celonis Analyst and Data Engineer, and Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager.
