Ariel Groesman

Ariel Groesman has extensive experience in software development, specializing in iOS and Windows Phone platforms. Ariel has held various roles in companies such as Climate, Despegar, and Accenture.

Starting in 2022, Ariel joined Climate as an iOS Team Lead, leading a team responsible for the development of iOS applications.

Prior to this, Ariel worked at Despegar from 2014 to 2022, where they held the position of Senior iOS Engineer. Ariel played a key role in developing the iPhone application for Despegar.com, a popular leisure travel agency in Latin America with millions of active users. Additionally, Ariel also worked as a Windows Phone Developer at Despegar, where they were responsible for app monitoring, crashes, and health check, among other tasks.

From 2010 to 2014, Ariel worked at Accenture as a .NET Software Developer. Ariel participated in the analysis, design, and programming of mixed projects using the .NET platform. Ariel also gained experience with unit testing, Scrum methodology, and agile approach in project development.

Ariel Groesman completed a postgraduate degree in Strategic and Technological Management at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Ariel obtained a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional BA in 2010. Currently, Ariel is pursuing a degree in Organic Vegetable Production at the University of Buenos Aires starting from 2020. Ariel also holds additional certifications in CCNA from Cisco and the First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English.
