Emma Marquardt

Emma Marquardt has a diverse work experience background. Emma started their career in 2014 as a Barista at Waterfront Coffee, Co. In 2015, they worked as an Administrator/Recruiter at O'hara Corporation until 2017. During the same year, they also worked as an Office Assistant at Samson Tug & Barge for a brief period. In 2017, they joined Climate and held various roles including Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Operations Specialist, and currently serves as the Talent Operations Lead.

Emma Marquardt attended the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2012 to 2014, studying Business/Corporate Communications. Emma also briefly attended the University of Westminster in 2013 for the same field of study.
